Hello!
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to LESC on Monday 9th June 2025.
Here are some reminders for the event:
Camping
• Arrivals are possible from 4pm to 9pm on Sunday 8th June if you have booked a camping pitch.
• Just ask for Gail, David or Alan. They will show you around to the campsite.
• Please familiarise yourself with the camping policy at Loch Earn Sailing Club.
• No open fires, gas stoves or smoking in the camping field.
• Tap water at Loch Earn Sailing Club is provided through a private water supply, and although treated and tested, it is recommended that visitors use bottled water for drinking. More information is here.
On the day…
• When you arrive parking attendants will show you where to park.
• Registration opens at 9.00 – 9.45am
• You can only register when you have your sail number.
• There will be a 10.00am briefing, this will be outside the clubhouse.
• We aim for races to start at 11.00am. We are aiming to have 3 races, these may be back to back depending on the wind conditions, so bring a snack and water for your boat.
• Please bring your own packed lunch, snacks and drinking water for the day. You may want to familiarise yourself with LESC drinking water policy.
• There will be tea/coffee/ hot juice/ soup and a tuck shop that you will be able to buy snacks from so please bring cash.
• After the races, all competitors will get a hot dog and water or juice will be available.
We want this to be a really fun day so come wearing your smiles and make sure to have lots of fun. Be proud of yourselves as you are representing your school and have a great day!
